FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS AND DIRECTIONS

DAIRY ULTRA 100 can be fed in total mixed rations or top-dressed to increase the energy density of the ration.
To achieve maximum benefits from adding DAIRY ULTRA 100 to your ration, start by feeding 2 oz per head in the pre-fresh dry cow (steam-up) ration two weeks before calving.
Feed DAIRY ULTRA 100 for the first 120 days of lactation or as long as body condition is less than desired.
DAIRY ULTRA 100 should be introduced gradually into your ration to allow the cows to adjust. Increase at a rate of 4 oz every 4 days until the desired level is achieved.
In rations where no supplemental fat is used, DAIRY ULTRA 100 may be fed up to 2 ½ lbs (40 oz) per cow per day.
In rations where supplemental fat is used, DAIRY ULTRA 100 may be fed up to 1 ¼ lbs (20 oz) per cow per day.
Do not exceed more than 6% of ration DM as non-inert fat. With DAIRY ULTRA 100, fat may be increased to 9% of ration DM.
